Our 5–7 Day Cabinet Painting Process (What to Expect)

We finish 90% of Kentucky kitchens in 5–7 days without you losing your kitchen. Here's exactly how.

Day 1 — Prep, Mask, and Prime

We remove doors and drawer fronts, mask the whole kitchen floor-to-ceiling, degrease every surface, scuff-sand, fill grain if needed, and spray a bonding primer on the boxes.

Day 2–3 — Doors and Drawers Sprayed

Doors and drawers get sprayed off-site in our controlled shop with Sherwin-Williams Gallery, Renner, or Emerald Urethane — factory-grade finishes that cure dust-free and rock-hard.

Day 3–4 — Boxes Finish-Coated

Boxes get their color coats on-site. You still have your sink and appliances. Overspray? None — we mask like it's a body shop.

Day 5–7 — Reinstall, Hardware, and Final Walk-Through

Cured doors go back on. We drill, align, and install new handles, knobs, or soft-close hinges, handle touch-ups, and do a final walk-through before we leave your kitchen better than new.
